This Seagrove Beach, Florida vacation rental house is in The Grove By The Sea neighborhood of Seagrove Beach.  Midway between Destin and Panama City, Seagrove Beach is considered part of metro Panama City in Northwest Florida on the Florida Panhandle.  Seagrove Beach is on the Gulf of Mexico along Scenic Highway 30A.  The area called The Beaches of South Walton includes Beach Highlands, Dune Allen Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, Sunrise Beach, Blue Mountain Beach, Grayton Beach, WaterColor, Seaside, Seagrove Beach, Seacrest Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Inlet Beach.

MURIEL’S GROVE RENTAL POLICIES

RESERVATIONS:
Reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis.  Only family rentals are allowed at Muriel’s Grove.  We do not rent to vacationing students and singles under 25, unless they are staying at Muriel’s Grove with an adult guardian or parent.  Our home is smoke and pet free.  There is parking for only 4 cars, and all cars must be parked in the driveway.

·        In order to hold your reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the rental rate which excludes taxes and the refundable damage deposit. 

·        Information concerning your final payment , driving directions, check-in etc. will be mailed to you one month prior to your check- in date.

·        The final payment for the rental is due 14 days prior to check-In.  Included with the final payment are 11% in taxes (Florida and Local taxes).

·        At the time you make your final payment, we require a separate $300 damage deposit check.  This check will not be cashed and will be returned to you if there is no damage to the property. 

CANCELLATIONS:

Rental deposits will be refunded only if the home re-rents with no lost time or revenue.  There is a $50 cancellation fee taken from any refunded deposits.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:  Your damage deposit check will be returned/fully refundable if:

§         There was no damage to the unit or it contents beyond normal wear and tear.

§         All debris, garbage, etc. was placed in outdoor trashcans.

§         Dirty dishes were placed in the dishwasher or washed.

§         The home was left in a neat condition.

§         No items were missing from home.

§         All keys were returned or left on kitchen counter.

§         No pets have been in the unit or on the premises.

§         No reservations have been made by or for minors.

§         The number of guests did not exceed the maximum capacity of the home.

§         There has been no smoking in the home.

§         The home's inventory after each guest’s stay must be the same as on arrival.

CHECK- IN / CHECK- OUT:

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. or later (Central Time).  Checkout time is 10:00 a.m.  Please leave on time so that the home can be prepared for our next guests.

RENTAL GUESTS are expected to conduct themselves in a responsible manner and should respect the rights of neighbors.  Excessive noise, loud parties, unruly behavior, or any illegal acts may result in eviction according to Florida Statue 509.141 without refund.
